Supporting the production of precast concrete

PREMAP is a Mozambican law firm, owned by the Portuguese company CONCREPAX, which is engaged on the production, distribution and commercialization of precast concrete products and other cement parts. With facilities in Maputo and Dondo, PREMAP has been experiencing a remarkable success, following the dynamics of Mozambique’s economic growth.

The project supported by SOFID aims to increase the company’s production capacity, in order to continue its growth path and to answer with quality to the new requirements imposed by the market evolutions in Mozambique predicts. With an investment of up to EUR 700 k, intended mainly to purchase equipment – including two mobile production units designed to work anywhere in the country -, satisfying the demand generated by small local works, the project had a medium and long term loan, from SOFID, amounting up to EUR 400 k.
