Mission

To contribute to (1) the sustainable development of the business sector in developing countries, (2) to support Portuguese companies, alone or in partnerships with local investors in projects, businesses and investments in developing countries that will contribute to the sustainable development of these countries, especially the ones that are beneficiary of the Portuguese Official Public Assistance (ODA).
To act as the Portuguese EDFI (European Development Financial Institucion).
